Evidently, Andrew has inherited his parents' disregard for the upcoming holiday. I bought him the CUTEST Elmo costume from Target. He didn't like it when I bought it, but I figured once I put it on him, he'd be really excited to look like Elmo. Um, no. I forced him to put it on this afternoon, again thinking that if he saw the end result he'd be okay with it. BIG MISTAKE. He began crying hystarically when he saw himself and after I pulled it off, he continued sobbing, and I mean hiccupping sobbing for 40 MINUTES!!!
I guess I'll return it. But if he won't dress up like Elmo, I don't think I'll be able to get him to dress up like anything!

WOW! Is he going to be afraid of trick-or-treaters?
When I told Paul Andrew's Halloween costume story he said , "He is his father's son." Jeff hated dressing up. When he was little, we would only get a mask and hope he would put it over his face to say "treat or treat." He usually wouldn't. When he was a little older he agreed to be a football player or a cowboy. He did like the candy part!
