My little mimic today reached new levels. Andrew was eating breakfast when I ran to the bathroom and lost my first breakfast. I came back to the table, and Andrew says, "Mommy, my tummy is sick" and then proceeds to make choking/throwing up noises.
Nice.
Tonight I ran to the bathroom because of the smell of the chicken Jeff brought home for dinner (which I requested, thank you very much). Andrew follows me saying, "I want to watch! I want to watch!". Not while Daddy's home, little sick-o. I closed the door and lost my afternoon snack all the while Andrew knocked on the door, "Getting sick, Mommy?"
Ahhhh, the joys of morning sickness and a precocious 2 year old!

Giselle,
You have no idea how hard that made me laugh, though I'm sorry for your tummy. I was reading "The Borrowers" to my first graders when I was pregnant with Harper. Looking at the cover of that book now makes me feel sick. The joy of pregnancy! I think I won't be doing that again for a while.
Giselle, i laughed so hard but yet I truely feel for you there's nothing worse then a 2y/o mimicing his mom.
I posted the same thing a few months ago!!!
Ryan would stand outside the bathroom and mimic me! The joys right???
My midwife thinks it is hysterical and that I should put it in Ryan's baby book! I prefer to let the memory fade away...
