My son is being corrupted by living south of the Ohio River.
He no longer says potty...it is toilet. Okay, it is actually pronounced "Tour-let".
When asked, "Did you...?" Andrew answers, "I sure did".
Now imagine this conversation...
"Andrew, did you help Mommy in the bathroom?"
"I sure did! I put paper in the tour-let".

Is it I sure did or I shore did? There's a little wiggle room...
Here in Maryland, which is technically south of the Mason-Dixon line, people like to call it a "terlit" which has "Wooter" in the bowl.
Eh, we all have our regional language quirks! I won't even begin to lsit the words that those if us in Western NY mutilate on a daily basis!!!
I think it's cute that Andrew is a little hick :)
Here in Missouri, I'm anxiously awaiting the day Calum says to me "Mama, ain't you warshed my skivies yit? I'm fixin ter look nice fer po boy samiches ternight at supper."
